Entering this profession has been a dream of mine and with my youngest child being in high school, the time is right for me! As a lifelong Spokane resident, having grown up on the southside and raised three children on the northside, I have vast knowledge of the diverse neighborhoods of Spokane County and surrounding areas. Being a native to the area, I understand the unique weather trends and have vast seasonal knowledge. I am committed to listening to my client’s needs and utilizing my negotiation skills, developed from my former experience in contracting, to negotiate the best transaction.
With my strong understanding of the current market, and being a homeowner myself, I understand the weight of the decision you are making and am able to bring empathy to help guide you through the process of one of the biggest milestones of your life, whether purchasing a primary residence, an income property, vacation home, or downsizing to new chapter of life.
My education includes an MBA from Whitworth University in 2012 as well as a BA in Organizational Management in 2009. I worked more than 25 years in the blood center industry with twelve of those years specifically working with the Board of Directors and the President/CEO and the responsibilities of those roles. Development of my customer service skills in the areas of communication, listening, candidness, responsiveness and organization are among my greatest strengths.
My interests include, playing tennis, traveling, and reading for pleasure when time allows. The charity closest to my heart is St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
